So true I recommend blow drying your hair and the thing is most people only wash their hair once to three times a week. You shouldn’t be washing it more than that even if you have oily hair,

I know you’re doing these skits and have a little one now but how do I help my dandruff. They aren’t big flakes at all their as small as a grain of salt but it doesn’t matter what shampoo or conditioner I use and it gets soooo much worse in winter!

I wash once a week and don’t blow dry. I have noticed at the end of the week the back of my head itches so bad. I’m going to try this. It’s always where my clip or bun is.

I itch due to psoriasis. i started doing oil treatments to help hair growth and after a friend told me about the benefits of castor oil i realized “hey it hasnt itched that bad since starting” 💡
