@devinraimo: Replying to @user9926763719722 recipe: - 1 butternut squash, sliced in half - 3 bell peppers (not green) sliced - 2 yellow onions, cut in half - bulb of garlic - 32oz veggie broth - 15oz can coconut milk - fresh rosemary - fresh sage 1. Place all veggies on baking dish, drizzle with olive oil and sea salt, top with fresh sage and rosemary and bake at 400 degrees for ~30 minutes, until soft 2. Scoop out the butternut squash and add to a large pot with the remaining veggies and herbs. Add the veggie broth and coconut milk. 3. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth! 4.
