Watching this video, it occurred to me, the difference in simple terms. Women want men to be A leader, not THE leader. Partners with initiative, not dictators with a superiority complex.

Unfortunately their idea of leadership is dictatorship so this isn’t super useful for women even if we agree. Partner is still a better word because it still requires both to lead.

I do believe men need to lead when it comes to words of affirmation and kindness… I do think they should always be the ones to set the thermostat or standard for affection in a relationship
