@shecouldalways: Easy Refried Beans from Canned Pinto Beans 🫘 This is a great way to make creamy refried beans in less time. This recipe was AMAZING!! HERE IS WHAT I DID! INGREDIENTS: •2- 28oz cans pinto beans, drained (or a similar amount) •1.5-2 cups water (I used spring water) •2 tbsp unsalted butter •Chicken bouillon •Garlic powder •Onion powder •Salt •Pepper •About 1/2 cup pepperjack (or whatever cheese you like), fresh shredded. RECIPE DIRECTIONS: •Warm a large pan over medium heat. Once hot, add a good drizzle of olive oil. •Once the oil is warm, add drained beans. •Season well with all dry seasonings. Mix. •Set timer for 20 minutes. •During this time, gradually add in water and continue cooking. •Afer 20 minutes your liquid should be brown and beans ready to Mash. •Mash your beans well. •Add in butter and a handful of cheese.
