Maria Chueva :
Foods rich in zinc include oysters, which are especially high, along with crab and lobster. Red meat like beef and lamb, as well as chicken and pork, also provide good amounts. Legumes such as chickpeas, lentils, and beans are great sources, particularly for vegetarians. Nuts and seeds like pumpkin seeds and cashews contain zinc, as do dairy products (milk, cheese). Eggs, whole grains (oats, quinoa), and even dark chocolate add variety to zinc sources. Certain vegetables like spinach and mushrooms offer smaller amounts. For an extra boost, some fortified foods provide zinc as well.
