只練這樣對新手來說還行,但要進階到影片這樣的身材遠遠不夠,而且新手動作不熟悉,一開始就想靠啞鈴練全身是有難度的,建議新手還是不要偷懶想在家練,健身房器材軌道固定又不容易受傷,而且器材教學YT一堆可以學
