I do that as well. I place them on a sheet pan and freeze them first. Then I vacuum seal them for later.

We make similar in the uk scones, savoury ( add grated cheese to the mix) & sweet with sugar & sultanas, or treacle then add butter & jam on top when eating the sweet ones

You can wrap the biscuits up good on parchment paper if you don't want to buy bags. Or wax paper
