I picked it apart, questioned my scoring abilities, and then reminded myself that this challenge is part of what keeps me addicted. Bringing designs to life can feel frustrating when they don’t match what’s in your head, but it’s also a great way to grow and push yourself. One of the best design hacks I’ve learned is that if you don’t like how it turns out—add flowers or props! 😂 As soon as I added that little centerpiece, guess what? I fell in LOVE! So if you ever have a bake with imperfections or it isn’t your favorite, give that a try! This time of year, leaves would be beautiful too. Just make sure they’re safe—no poison ivy bread, please!
