Yeah, I'm not paying you for an estimate. I need to compare bids and understand the scope of the work. Maybe your more expensive and I go with you because you'll do cleanup, etc. Informed decision

As a prior customer I would have went with a softer approach here. If she’s a good client, no reason to treat her like a stranger. Business is about building relationships.
