we aren't going either my daughter has a learning disability hated loud noises and crowds so do I 🤣 we are watching from our driveway with ear defenders and sparklers she's quite happy x

dw I don't take mine 2 of mine are diagnosed with asd my 2year old shows trates of asd and is terrified of loud noises as well as my other 2 it's bad enough with the naughbours setting them off 😖

I don’t take my kids. My eldest has major anxiety and is petrified and my middle son hates loud noises!!!! They watched some in the garden and ran in screaming xx

I had an Arabian uber driver the other night & he hadn’t been in the uk long so didn’t know what bonfire night was, when I explained it and actually thought about it.. it’s a really odd tradition 🫠

I haven't gone to one cause it absolutely freezing🤣 and they would rather stand at the window in their pjs and watch fireworks, people on this app are strange❤️

Haha I used to make mine sit and watch the local firework display through their bedrooms windows!! Too expensive when there's fair rides and food!!

We did a little fireworks display in our garden and on Friday we are going to stand at the top of our street to see the local firework display cause my kids don’t like crowds

I think some people forget that the noise of fireworks is not for everyone. I personally LOVE the look of them but I struggle with the loud bangs. It’s just a commercialised faff. Keep doing you!

don't need to all my neighbours had them 😂 my oldest and my youngers who is 2 loves them but my middle one who 4 is scard off them so I sit with him in kitchen and watch them lol 😆

You don’t need to go to a firework display to see fire works your kids could happily look out a window or sit in the garden if they want to 🤦♀️wow people really like to be so negative 🤦♀️

my 2yr old cries when a firework goes off and shes outside. saying that though, i am going to take them to donnington bonfire, we will go at 4 before its busy and leave before the fire is even lit😂

I havent taken mine to a fire work display in about 7 years 🤣🤣 oldest is 14 youngest 8. They aint bothered so we stay at home in the warmth 😁

I was judged for not taking my son but he is absolutely terrified of the bangs due to his autism so we stayed at home had sparklers and then watched fireworks through the window its less distressing
