But unfortunately, the Supreme Court likes to make judgment rulings that follow what the founding fathers intent of the constitution was at the time. They did not intend women to be involved.

Even if the 14th says "all persons"...section 2 of that amendment simplified states "States will have representation reduced if they deny 21+ Males their right to Vote." nothing about denying Women.

When Susan B Anthony tried to vote, she used the 14th amendment as the reason women should be allowed to vote. That was not in fact agreed upon in court and she was arrested.
