Browned Butter Pumpkin Pie with Pecan Praline Topping 🤤 Ingredients: Crust: 1 1/4 cups flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup @Westgold_usa butter, chilled & cubed 3-4 tbsp ice water Filling: 1/2 cup browned butter 15 oz pumpkin puree 3/4 cup brown sugar 3 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup heavy cream 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/4 tsp each cloves, nutmeg, salt Topping: 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 tbsp butter 1/4 cup cream 1/2 cup pecans, chopped Instructions: 1. Crust: Combine flour, salt, and butter until crumbly. Add water until dough holds, chill for 30 mins. Roll out, place in 9-inch pie pan, and pre-bake at 375°F for 10 mins. 2. Filling: Brown butter. Mix pumpkin, sugar, eggs, vanilla, spices, and cream. Stir in butter, pour into crust, and bake at 350°F for 50-60 mins. 3. Topping: Melt sugar, butter, and cream in a pan. Add pecans, simmer 2-3 mins.
