this is prolly personal bias talking but anytime i see steve against mutants for hero fights or whatever it always strikes me as out of character

No ones ever explained WHY steve is weird about mutants tho. I get what it ‘represents’ but its always a complete 180 from his usual character and there’s never a reason why. (1) sorry
