@bengleason23: What I eat to stay lean year round ⬇️ I typically weigh around 165 lbs and aim to consume around 2500 calories a day with 150 grams of protein. You don’t need to overcomplicate eating to have a healthy diet! The three main things I build my diet around is: 1. Eat real food (single ingredients, no processed food) 2. Hit your protein (1 gram per Ibs. of bodyweight) 3.
