they don't become blue but when you're very horny for a long time I think what happens is rhat there is a buildup of seminal fluid from the prostate (look up seminal fluid if you don't know what it is) and after like and hour or so of being horny it starts to feel very uncomfortable like you've been slightly hit in the balls and it hurts up to the lower stomach and when you release there's a notable relief sensation. It also happens when you jerk off or have sex for too long without finishing and there is noticeably more liquid, like a lot more and it's more liquidy.
