If you’re in Dallas definitely check them out 🧘🏾‍♀️ I was able to take the girls from the nonprofit i work at to V12 yoga studio & it was their first times doing yoga in a studio like this & a lot of their first times doing yoga period! After 10 years of practicing yoga on my own Its amazing to get the opportunity to expose our black & brown youth communities to different ways that they can care for themselves in a way that’s just for them. 🫶🏾 #mindbodyconnection #somatichealing #yogatherapy #yoga #movement #yogastudio #mindfulness
