@chefdaveveganjourney: KULIT PETOLA TOVAYAL – CHEF DAVE #chefdavaveganjourney #veganstyle #kulitpetolatovayal Masa penyediaan: 5 minit Masa memasak: 10 minit Hidangan: 2-4 pax Resipi Bahan tumisan: Sedikit minyak ½ sudu kecil jintan putih Secubit biji sawi 1 sudu besar kacang ulunthu 1 sudu besar kacang dhal 2 bawang kecil(dihiris) 2 ulas bawang putih(dihiris) 2-3 cili kering 1 genggam kulit petola(basuh bersih) ½ cawan kelapa parut Garam secukupnya Asam jawa sebesar limau kasturi. Cara memasak: 1.Sediakan kuali, kemudian tumis semua bahan tumisan kecuali asam jawa. Tumis sehingga wangi dan kulit petola menjadi sedikit lembut. Angkat dan biarkan sejuk sekejap. 2.Setelah sejuk, kisar bahan tumisan tadi menggunakan pengisar kering hingga menjadi pes halus, seperti dalam video. Bentukkan pes itu menjadi bebola dan ia siap untuk dihidang KULIT PETOLA TOVAYAL Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 10 minutes Serves: 2-4 pax Recipe Sauté ingredients: A little oil ½ tsp cumin seeds A pinch mustard seeds 1 tbsp ulunthu (urad dhal) 1 tbsp chana dal 2 small onions (sliced) 2 garlic cloves (sliced) 2-3 dry red chilies 1 handful bitter gourd skin (washed clean) ½ cup grated coconut Salt to taste Tamarind (size of calamansi) Cooking methods: 1.Heat a pan and stir fry all the sauté ingredients, except for the tamarind. Fry until fragrant and the bitter gourd skin becomes slightly soft. Remove from heat and let it cool for a moment. 2.Once cooled, grind the sauté ingredients using a dry grinder until it forms a smooth paste, as shown in the video. Shape the paste into small balls, and your dish is ready to serve!
