Add your pasta, grilled chicken (chopped), cooked onion and zucchini into a large bowl and pour over the basil/parsley pesto and serve with red pepper flakes & freshly shaved Parmesan. Garlic parm chicken + green beans and potatoes grill your chicken seasoned with: onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika + salt and pepper garlic butter sauce: 1/2 stick butter, 8 cloves garlic, minced, 1/3 cup grated parmesan, 1-2 tbsp hot sauce, 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced Melt the butter then mix the spices, herbs and garlic in a small bowl and pour over your grilled chicken. Serve with steamed green beans and roasted potatoes: roast in oven for about 30-36 min at 425°F.
