The practicality of this doesn’t make sense. It would be easier to just bench it to the car type. Less than RM200k or less than 2.0cc, get the subsidy. Seems to be more practical and easily executed.

The subsidy should be linked to the individual car’s license plate number, as registered. If it’s tied to a person’s NRIC, for instance, someone in the T15 group could simply ask a friend from the T20 group to fuel up for them and receive the subsidized rate.
