@coggo: The last few years has been a whirlwind of emotion with struggling with Anxiety to a point i couldn’t go to family meals or gonto school and struggled to leave the house, it was tough and for so long i just didn’t understand what was going on, now to go from that to where i am now, for those that know me its been a struggle, those that don’t would never figure anything was wrong, but to go from that to being able to fly solo to the other side of the world to work somewhere completely different on 2 occasions, ill never know how i achieved it, all i know is, anyone suffering out there, its gets harder before it gers easier, but the more you push yourself out your comfort zone, the stronger you become, the easier things start to feel, my phone is always on for anyone, just ring, text, dm me if youre struggling, i’ve been there its a rough ride, farming is tough, especially at the moment, gotta keep talking, and take the little wins of the day, might not be alot but might be something to perk up #itsokaytonitbeokay #mensmentalhealthmatters #agriculture #agri #fyp #MentalHealth #anxiety #livinganightmarechasingadream #livingthedream #gottakeeppushing #mentalhealthmatters
