Yes yes yes! My calorie intake is 1380 only - it is very little if you don’t know which foods can keep you full. I’ve learned along the way. 👏🏻

It’s true. I’m hypothyroid and was advised I’d lose on 1800 calories a day. Never lost. Still not losing on 1500. Taking a break but will try again on less.
