We had something similar, our supervisor put a very harsh stop to it. He said if the radiologist has issues with our scans then they will say so, but other techs have no business critiquing each other

My work bully once purposely left me out of the pot luck then the day of tried offering to invite me .. I went out for lunch on my own that day. It was potluck to show appreciation to our doctors.
