I made this tonight and used long grain brown rice instead of white rice and chicken broth instead of water. It turned out amazing!

I make this but add refried beans to it and use the knorrs taco rice instead of plain rice.

Just made this. It’s very versatile. My husband is not a fan of black beans so I use drained and rinsed pinto beans and fiesta corn. Turned out great it makes a lot.

Thank you sm for posting! I save only TikTok recipes lol. I forgot the enchilada sauce so I threw in some tomato sauce with cumin, chili powder, garlic salt and threw in some Mexican Velveeta and what I had left of taco sauce in a jar 🤣. It was a hit! My 19 yr old daughter is always critiquing my cooking. she ate the hell out of this. enough to eat for dinner tonight too. ❤️❤️❤️
