Leftover Turkey Pot Pie 🥧 Recipe ⤵️⤵️⤵️ There is much more ingredients you can add to these recipes but I wanted to make it super simple and delicious for your holiday gathering! 🦃 For the Turkey: 1. For the compound butter add 4 sticks of room temperature butter, 4 Tbsp cajon seasoning, 3 Tbsp paprika, and mix 2. Add the compound butter underneath the skin and all over the Turkey 3. In the @Weber Grills SearWood at 350 degrees until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees in the thickest part of the breast 4. Rest for 20 minutes and will rise in temperature to 165 degrees internal For the Candied Sweet Potatoes: 1. Skin and cut potatoes and slice into 1/4 inch slices 2. In a pot add 1 stick of butter, squeeze of 1 orange, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 Tbsp vanilla extract, 1 Tbsp Salt 3. Add pot covered in the Weber SearWood for 15 minutes then uncover and mix every 5 minutes checking to see when it becomes fork tender 4. Add Sweet Potatoes to a serving tray and pour the glaze over the potatoes For the Stuffing: 1. Sauté 1 cup Mirepoix, 1 sliced Apple, 3 Tbsp finely chopped rosemary until translucent 2. Chop stale bread or day-old bread into chunks (if not stale put in the smoker until crispy) this will hold its shape and won’t get mushy 3. Add all the ingredients above in a bowl and add 1 cup of chicken broth and two whisked eggs 4. Toss all the ingredients and in the Weber SearWood at 350 degrees covered with foil for 20 minutes 5. Then uncover for 20 minutes and enjoy For the Pie: 1. Using a springform pan spray with Oil and add a layer of Pie Crust to the bottom 2. Add in your Thanksgiving leftovers and cover with pie crust. Make sure to make a few vent holes 3. Paint with an egg wash 4. Cover with foil and in the Weber SearWood at 425 degrees for 20 minutes 5. Take off the foil and cook for 25 minutes or until it is golden brown 6. Use foil in areas that get golden brown before the other parts of the pie 7. Rest for 10 minutes and enjoy #leftover #thanksgiving #Recipe #ideas #holiday #food #turkey #pot #pie #weber
