@elledujour: ad💤🚂 Welcome to The Sleeper Train Sleepover Club 🌟 @Interrail @Eurail 🌟 This past month has been one of the greatest honours of my life to have the opportunity to work with Interrail again! They let me plan my own trip this time, so it was with piquing curiosity that I started to research sleeper trains. Sleeper trains! I know, right? Something I'd never done before this adventure, and now I've taken 3 of them! And, well... you'll have to watch the video to see my opinions on them 😅 Overnight trains used to be all the rage, but since the advent of budget airfare, travel has become near-enough synonymous with flying, and sleeper trains were fizzling out. HOWEVER!!! There is an exciting movement of eco-conscious travellers who believe sleeper trains are both the future and answer to sustainable travel :)  Of course train travel is better for the environment, creates less pollution, but I recognise that time is a privilege and a valuable resource. With this video, I wanted to explore the reframing of the initially intimidating travel times (15 hours 35 minutes for Bucharest -- Budapest) by breaking the journey down into manageable chunks :) sure, you could take a flight and be there in 2 hours... but make sure you're factoring *everything* into that equation. Your flight is at 8am? Alarm set for 4? The night before is a write-off, you'll need to get a good rest... it turns out you may as well already be on board :) I sincerely hope we see more and more overnight trains hitting the market -- the new @ÖBB | Österr. Bundesbahnen nightjet mini cabins are a game changer!!! So, what do you think?
