I got a content creator that sent me like 100 videos 24 hours after my wedding. I’ve been watching them everyday the past 2 weeks. Rewatching my vows over and over. So glad I got a videographer too

I definitely recommend a wedding video. We got ours as like a coffee table book that opens up to a screen and plays the video

ALSO if you do it get a motion book (it’s a great registry gift) but it’s basically a coffee table book but it holds your video so you watch it more often

I always say 1. We bought motionbooks so our video is always on our coffee table, 2. I love the video because it captured all the moments we didn’t get to see or wanted to relive! So, so worth it.

I relate to this so hard also May 2025 bride. Videographer doesn’t fit in our budget either, but it was a must for my mom. Wish I could’ve found someone closer to $1500 but doesn’t exist in NJ.

You may be able to find someone just starting out who wants weddings to build a portfolio but just be aware that you’re getting what you pay for. We’re also debating getting a videographer rn though

Echo hills production. He’s based out of Evansville and does have a travel fee but but would still be close to your budget! We LOVED him!!

I didn’t do it not mad about it at all we put the money for that towards a Live Band, Live Painter and Better quality photos and a Decorator, it will be well more than $2k in nashville! Do a QR code for people to upload their personal videos and photos and make your own to play back!

We had one 29 years ago—it’s a VHS tape and so we can no longer watch it! In today’s world it’s gonna be digital and you will not regret having it. Not for 5-10,000 though!!! 😂

The videographer I chose was a bit newer to weddings but had really good reviews. Take a chance on someone just starting out! We paid $2K and he was awesome
