The taxes on OT is literally the percentage they take away from you from the over all pay it just means they will take less money away and more of that money will be for you

just to let those know whodont know. the company pays the same. the company is actually saving money. Companys have to match dollar for dollar for on taxes.this way you get it all. they save.

My company this week started telling everyone no OT. I work in healthcare. They are putting people on call and floating in those who aren’t over their hours. Lol.

Until you realize we were protected for time and a half for 40 hour work week now it’s at the company discretion for time and a half and up to 160 hour work month
