I don’t see how that beats running. Probably skipping, but not rebounding. Both running and rope skipping utilize the hands as well, rebounding does not.

I rebound everyday. I feel the difference right away! Breathing is deeper & calm (vagus nerve activated: parasympathetic mode). As I rebound I also do Qigong moves and other lymphatic moves. It works!
