I had so many students asking me who I voted for. All I said was I don’t talk politics, this is health class…. as I stood there in my American flag sweater.

The only thing I corrected was misinformation like “We are going to be deported, he is going to take food stamps away” I pulled up Trumps plan, news articles from both sides and let them decide.

Thank you for not inflicting your values on them. Most kids just want to watch the process and see what happens and be able to ask questions in a safe impartial environment
