our commutes are still less than those in the eastern states. humans deserve houses with gardens and land attached to them, high rise 20minute cities will be a severe decline in living standards.

Just moved here from the uk. Ik we have it good in the uk but your public transport is absolutely atrocious! 10 min drive = 50 min bus in some areas!

coastal living, because without that what else does Perth have to offer? I will happily live an hour from Perth CBD to be 2 streets from the beach for an affordable price decent block 4*2.
