Are you only asking it stuff you already know or fact checking it all? Problem with hallucinations is that people often don’t notice them. Other part: depends what you consider a good output or prompt

You can always ask it to refine or respond differently. It’s not like it’s a magic genie and you’ll burn a wish with a bad prompt.

Yeah same. Hallucinations are mostly gone. I usually find a short concise prompt gives better results

It knows me freeeeeaky well. (I love it actually, and it can upload my consciousness if it wants😅). Yes, it gives me both what I really want and gestures me towards what I am unaware that I need.

This is normal; it’s not that AI isn’t producing hallucinations, but rather the user (you) has become worse at detecting hallucinations. With prolonged exposure this phenomenon becomes more frequent.
