the spritz for bits made my incision sting soooooo badly! the Frida mom witch hazel perineal pad liners were the only thing that helped and they literally felt numbing it was so luuuuush 🥹

do you feel healed from your episiotomy yet? i also had one (and a forceps delivery) and i am 6 weeks pp, still getting pain sometimes and really tender 😢 feels like i will never be normal again 🥺
