As an expat the grass is a little greener day to day ;)! Canada definitely has many of the same problems but the amount of anxiety I felt having my baby here post roe is way lower.

I moved to SE Asia in retirement in 2023. I was coming back in 2028 but now maybe 2029. Split my year between Vietnam Thailand Malaysia and Cambodia. I love it here. But I’m on a pension.

The AfD in Germany is terrifying, but at least at the moment they don't have as much influence as the Republicans have in the US. While both countries have problems, I felt safer living in Germany
