What about vitamin d3 with K2 spray as I thought K3 was needed to prevent calcium depleted from bones and causing deposits in arteries

Vit k if I remember rightly is a coagulant, used in A+Es for people who’s bleeding out and not clotting, or overdoses on anti-coagulants like clexane? So high levels of Vitamin K could cause clots etc

Do we not just pass the vitamins that we don't use? Or is it that extra work for the liver and kidneys that is the cause of the increased mortality?

I have been tested and it showed I have low iron, especially being a vegetarian. They gave me tablets for it, I dont like taking tablets. Is there anything else that would help

is there a specific test to know what you are lacking? I usually take separate vitamins, but this year I've been taking a multivitamin more (when I remember), but this did help established my b12 and iron as this was low throughout the year. GP also prescribed me b12 tablets but said to take a multivitamin with these 2 things on top to get as much b12 in me

to be honest I wouldn't trust a UK based GP especially when it comes to something they don't study or have enough evodance about, such as vitamins and minerals etc
