This happened to me a long time ago it really affected me. I never got counselling but I should have. I woke up to a nightmare put it that way.😢

do not ever leave your drinks unattended to go and dance, take it with you or finish it before dancing. a lot of bars provide stoppers now aswell for bottled drinks if you ask for one.

I went on a night out. I had 2 alcoholic drinks then soft drinks. I felt strange so left. When I got home, I was hallucinating, my then partner called my mate as I was acting strange.
