The restaurant’s butcher shop, the Meat Hook, breaks down 1,200 pounds of meat every week and turns the trim into burgers. Most places dont make cheeseburgers they make ground beef sandwiches. If you need a bunch of lettuce, tomato, bacon, and sauces to make it pallatable, try getting better beef, cheese, and bread.
