Breastfeeding both my babies at the same time!👏 I’ve been working so hard towards this goal!🙏 Both the twins were screaming and so unsettled & it’s just my instinct to put my baby on the breast so I did it! Then I was like “WOW!! I did it?!?????”🤣 It’s amazing how you push through pain when you know your baby needs you!💯❤️ I still have either a bacterial or fungal infection on my left nipple that sends burning pains through my breast. It has started happening on my right side now too😫 BUT my right nip is no longer cracked👏👏👏 the left side is obvs still a mess with blisters and cracks and scabs 🤪🤦🏼‍♀️ I talked to a new lactation consultant who has two sets of twins (God bless her!🤪😅) so I feel like she may understand my situation better than most and I feel like I have some good support! 7 weeks breastfeeding & pumping through h*ll … but I feel like with this new support system I’m going to figure it out.🙏👏☺️ Honestly, if I hadn’t already breastfed two kids for a full year each I would’ve switched to formula by now bc this has been crazy, but I know I’ve done it before & I know I can do it again so I just don’t want to give up!
