I installed it in my home and it’s the worst thing I could’ve done. It pushed the hot water back into my hot water heater through my cold water line , causing it to break.

All rec pumps no matter if it’s installed when the home is built or you install this pump and put the check valve on the fixture furthest from the water heater it’s going to give you warm cold water

Back to the heater ha,the cold weather line does not come from the heater how can it send it back to the heater,maybe I’m just missing something.I’ll just keep watching maybe I can figure it out.

I work in a building with multiple kitchens/bars 50'+ apart each. The return line for the pump needs its own separate line back towards the water heater's cold line. Not like the picture shown here..

Does this still even work I have always had problems with those tees they never work right especially with tankless water heaters it work at all you need a dedicated line

Had one in my old house and it was great, had it on a timer for the am and on for the pm for a few hours, cost was insignificant.

Has anyone ever did the relationship between energy cost and water costs? My belief a lot water goes down the drain waiting for hot to arrive.and definitely makes sense on holding systems.
