i tried almost all cheeses out there. Even very expensive ones...it hurt every time. But i will NEVER stop eating it. The pain is worth it, i absolutely adore everything cheese and milky stuff.

I'm lactose intolerant. cheese is life so I will suffer the consequences 😂 the lactose free cheddar etc is absolutely like eating a sweaty pair of pants! 😂

they still all set my gut off and vegan hard cheese is awful. I can tolerate a small amount taking lactaid tablets, but still not as much as I would like ro eat!

My daughter is lactose free but I’m dairy free. Tried lactofree milk thinking I would be fine…..I wasn’t. I’m also gluten and wheat intolerant.

if you get a dutch Gouda cheese is has to be aged 1 year or longer. so you can eat the ones that are old, or even the older ones, named in the netherlands : oud, overjarig or brokkel kaas
