But other times it’s a matter of not having a set routine and lacking the discipline to push through when you don’t feel up to it. 😬 So how do you make it a habit so you can keep going when times get tough? 👉🏻 Start small and work up to it - Try to workout 2-3 days a week and increase it to 4-5 after you get consistent going 2-3 days.  👉🏻 Plan ahead - Schedule your workouts on paper or in your phone and plan what workouts or machines you want to use that day.  👉🏻 Be prepared ahead of time - Pack your gym bag the night before to reduce the chance that you skip. 👉🏻 Celebrate small wins - The more you take the time to recognize your hard work and dedication, the more positive you will feel.
