really 😏 u have to drink a lot of water to get to that point, and over a short period of time. ur kidneys balances stuff. look at the color of ur pee. too dark drink, to light stop water intake

why weren't we all dehydrated in the 70s 80s 90s? we didn't run around with water bottles and Stanley mugs. serious question if anyone has the answer. I think it's the food.

I don't like it when people give misinformation. If your kidneys work, and you have no kidney disease and are not drinking gallons of water a day with a psychiatric illness, you should be fine. Eat a good diet. Stay well hydrated take a vitamin and don't worry.
