Then you also got the guys out there that don’t even try and farm it right. Put almost no fertilizer or nitrogen if they even put it on at all.

I think it happens a lot, knew a few guys who would work a field an run a empty planter through the field and then clame it didn’t grow an turn in to insurance

I was told by an adjuster that they don’t prosecute until you reach the federal level. That way you are in federal court and it holds up better for the insurance company.
