see an allergist! they will prescribe shots and medication. I am barely allergic to cats now, and it was my worst allergy

after 4 months of constant exposure therapy my allergy is pretty much gone! now the only thing that happens is if they scratch me, it puffs up a bit and itches, but nothing major.

allergy shots are very effective! i used to get like sinus infections all the time when i first got my cat cause my cat allergy is pretty severe but once i started, my allergies improved a lot

Talk to the doctor about a non drowsy daily antihistamine, (allergy pill) there's quite a few out there he may have to experiment to find which one works for him. I hope you find something soon ☺️
