Kena biasakan dan “paksa” diri utk brisk walking or light exercises walaupun you tak larat - sebab aktiviti ni akan bantu kurangkan mual dan muntah. Tak hilang, tapi membantu lah kan? 6) Dont surround yourselves with stressful condition, not helpful people (non supportive people) or environment. Lebihkan masa dengan org yg positive, yang supportive. Manage your stressful condition well. Protect your peace mother. Put yourself FIRST, that matter the most.  Just remember, your body is doing something incredible right now. You literally growing a human inside you.
