Congratulations on your pregnancy! In early pregnancy, JAUHI 6 perkara ini : 1) jangan overdose pengambilan kafein. Limit pengambilan kafein 200mg per day. Limit 1-2 cup coffee per day. Kafein ada dalam coffee, tea, dark chocholates and cola. Jaga-jaga. Collective total caffeine per day adalah 200mg, boleh diambil after 12 weeks. Sebelum 12 weeks, please avoid (if possible), atau keep it very low. 2) jangan cuba-cuba untuk kurus/berdiet ketika pregnant. You need nutrients for developing fetus, juga for your own body. Ada allowable weight gain in pregnancy (GWG) yang mana depends kepada BMI si ibu. Discuss dengan your attending doctor, berapa berat tambahan yang perlu for you. Lain ibu mengandung lain keperluan GWG. 3) jangan merokok, jangan dekati orang yg merokok (jangan jadi passive smoker). Kena step away ! 4) dont push hard on yourselves. Elakkan intense exercises/workouts ketika pregnant. Amalkan senaman mild to moderate intensity, brisk walking - ni penting untuk kawal weight gain, untuk control gula darah dan juga muscle strengthening. 5) jangan berbaring sahaja in early pregnancy, walaupun you mual/muntah atau terlampau penat. Kena biasakan dan “paksa” diri utk brisk walking or light exercises walaupun you tak larat - sebab aktiviti ni akan bantu kurangkan mual dan muntah. Tak hilang, tapi membantu lah kan? 6) Dont surround yourselves with stressful condition, not helpful people (non supportive people) or environment. Lebihkan masa dengan org yg positive, yang supportive. Manage your stressful condition well. Protect your peace mother. Put yourself FIRST, that matter the most. Just remember, your body is doing something incredible right now. You literally growing a human inside you. Kena banyakkk bersabar dengan diri sendiri, orang-orang di sekeliling you dan dalam apa jua situasi You will get there.
