@melissabackwoodsss: Today I am checking out the Knife Standards RR3. Knife Standards is a YouTube knife reviewer has started to release several of his own designs. This is the RR3 and my *OH MY* is it attractive. With a uniquely milled titanium handle the knife has a sleek silhouette and is more so on the compact sized of edc carry. make for a low profile, comfortable carry. The RR3 'Stonemilled' features a nested inset liner lock, 6AL-4V titanium handles in his signature milling pattern. I like how the pattern has different directions of the milling. it reflects very uniquely in the sun and reminds me of these line patterns I used to doodle in my school notebooks. Blade steel of choice is Vanax SuperClean treated to 60-61 hrc. This supersteel stays sharp for a long time and is resistant to rust. There is also a really beautiful backstory to the starting of the brand and these knife designs are a dedication to the designers late father who passed away shortly before the design was completed (but who also was a huge believer in the designer to complete the design).
