BUTTER CHICKEN LASAGNA #butterchicken #lasagna #food #Recipe #fy #fyp #foryou #foryoupage #trending CHICKEN MIXTURE 25 ml olive oil 500 gr chicken breast 5 gr curry powder (1⅔ tsp) 2 gr cayenne pepper (⅔ tsp) 3 gr salt (½ tsp) 3 gr garlic powder (1 tsp) 25 gr unsalted butter 140 gr yellow onion (1 yellow onion) 225 gr tomato (2 tomatoes) 2 bay leaves a pinch of cinnamon 5 gr curry powder (1⅔ tsp) 3 gr garlic powder (1 tsp) 2 gr cumin powder (⅔ tsp) 2 gr coriander powder (⅔ tsp) 2 gr cayenne pepper (⅔ tsp) 75 ml water 20 gr brown sugar 45 gr unsalted cashew nuts 200 ml heavy cream 200 ml milk 100 ml water 50 gr tomato paste 20 gr honey 50 gr unsalted butter 7 gr salt (or to taste) 1 gr dried chives EXTRA lasagna sheets grated cheese Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken, curry powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and garlic powder. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside. Continue in the same frying pan. Heat the unsalted butter over medium-high heat. Add the yellow onion, tomato, bay leaves, cinnamon powder, curry powder, garlic powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Add the water, light brown sugar, and cashew nuts. Let it simmer. Remove the bay leaves. Transfer the vegetable-nut mixture to a blender and blend until smooth. Return the vegetable-nut mixture to the same frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the heavy cream, milk, water, tomato paste, and unsalted butter. Mix well. Add the honey and mix again. Add the chicken and cook for 1-2 minutes. Finally, add the dried chives. Mix well. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a baking dish and cover it with lasagna sheets. Repeat this step with another layer of chicken mixture and sprinkle some grated cheese on top. Place another layer of lasagna sheets followed by the remaining chicken mixture. Cover the baking dish with a sheet of parchment paper and then a layer of aluminum foil. Place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the parchment paper and aluminum foil. Sprinkle some grated cheese on top and return the baking dish to the oven. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
