As a child I used to have to go into the coop with a giant rake to protect myself from my tiny bantom rooster 😅 he was tiny but he was EVIL.

mine went after my 6 year old today and I had the hose so I sprayed him and that stopped him really quick but now I feel bad. I want him to be nice. I love him. I will try this. I want him to be a nice little man.

my rooster is a jerk - super protective of his girls, but a massive jerk. he now avoids the tennis racquet when you walk in the coop 😂😂😂

I need help with my grandparents chickens they are too skidish. I can give more details. In the beginning of September my grandmother fell and broke her femur and that caused both of my grandparents to be away for about a month I feed and watered the chickens I tried to get them to come to me but they never would. I couldn’t work with them as much cuz I have a baby. Since then my grandparents are back but they are still skidish my grandpa just feeds n waters. I went out today and tried to offer them some mealworms but they would come up I was out there sitting on the ground with my head down for 40 minutes, trying to show them that I wasn’t a threat. Eventually they came to the edge of shrubs and pecked at some that I had threw on the ground, but they never came up. The rooster kept telling me to get out.

I’m going to have to try this. My rooster lets me cuddle him but he pecked and jumped on my senior dog when he was peeing in the backyard ☹️he ran to my dog from behind
