I use to meditate breath try to relax before sleep and made my insomnia worst. Then I said to myself if I cannot sleep so be it! It took few weeks but it definitely worked for me. Also being outside

I had chronic insomnia like hers I literally didn't sleep in a 5 day cycle then slept for 1hr for 3 to 4 months. I was stuck in fight or flight. Those tricks don't work. I've tried them all
