To make this drink you need: 900ml of filtered water 1 small cucumber A large handful of lemon verbena leaves or mint would also be amazing Juice of half a lemon 1 tablespoon of sugar, but if you like it a little sweeter then add another half 3-5 tablespoons of active ginger bug Blend your cucumber and lemon verbena leaves together with some of the filtered water @brita.uk Add it back to the remaining water when it is all blended and then pass it through a sieve. Then add to your pressure-safe bottle, the sugar, lemon juice, and ginger bug, then add your cucumber water on top, do not fill quite to the top this leaves a little room for pressure. Then leave it on the side for 2 days, you will see it starting to get fizzy, or you can pop the top to see if there is any gas. Then, put it in the fridge to chill and serve when cold.
