you rubbed the decal a bit much. upper-right side of it got rubbed-ofr. roll the q-tip from the middle so that you don't rub off the decal while getting out the water and the mark setter.

use Mark softer after also, especially on curved parts or any parts with a panel liner, it almost melts it into the part its great stuff

For me, I personally just drag it with my twisser and then use cotton bud, then topcoat
